This Girl Walks Into a Bar ("we," "us," "our") makes non-alcoholic cocktail mixers. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.ThisGirlWalksIntoABar.com and www.ThisGirlMixersSnacks.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't submit your information.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our Site (for example, to join our list, ask a question, or request wholesale info), we collect:

We do not collect payment card information through our submission form.

We do not share your phone number or text-messaging opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email marketing platform, and SMS provider (SquareSpace, Shopify). They may use your information only to provide services to us.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

• Ask us to correct or delete it

• Not be treated differently for exercising these rights

Age requirement

Our products contain no alcohol, but they're made for cocktails. Our Site is intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be posted clearly on the Site.
